Accommodation: Accommodation is provided subject to availability. All accommodation must be paid in full upon arrival to the owner. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 3 months in advance of your arrival date, we will refund you 100% of the deposit. If you cancel between 2 and 3 months before your arrival, we will refund 75% of the deposit. If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before your arrival, we will refund you 50% of the deposit. There will be no refunds for bookings canceled less than 30 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund you 100% of any money paid. Our liability is limited to any money that you have paid to us. However, we will attempt to find you alternative accommodation. Please note that the cost of this alternative accommodation is arranged solely between you and the owner, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.
Booking Refusal and Guest Removal: We reserve the right to refuse any bookings and to remove any guests that we consider unsuitable or who cause a nuisance. We also reserve the right to refuse admission on arrival, in which case your deposit will be refunded.
