Accommodation is provided subject to availability. All Accommodation must be paid in full at the arrival to the owner. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.. If you cancel more than 3 months in advance of your arrival date we will refund you 100% o fhe deposit. If you cancel between 2 and 3 months before your arrival we will refund 75%.of the deposit and  If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before your arrival we will refund you 50% of the deposit, There will be no refunds for bookings canceled less than 30 days before you arrival date.

  If we cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control refund you 100%, our liability is limited to any money that you have paid to us. We will, however, attempt to find you alternative accommodation, the cost of this accommodation is between yourself and the owner and it is up to you to pay for this accommodation yourself!

We reserve to refuse any bookings and we reserve the right to remove any guests that we consider are unsuitable or who cause a nuisance. We also reserve the right to refuse admission on arrival in which case your deposit will be refunded.
