Accommodation Terms

Accommodation is provided subject to availability. All accommodation must be paid in full upon arrival to the owner. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 3 months before your arrival date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.

• If you cancel between 2 and 3 months, we will refund 75% of the deposit.

• If you cancel between 1 and 2 months, we will refund 50% of the deposit.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before your arrival.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure), we will refund you 100% of the amount you have paid to us. Our liability is limited to that amount. We will attempt to help you find alternative accommodation, but any additional cost is your own responsibility.

Right to Refuse Guests

We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion and to remove any guests we deem unsuitable or disruptive. We also reserve the right to deny check-in upon arrival if necessary. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded.
